HOW ZERO 500P WORKS
Instructions for use
zero 500d
550 ml container with 115 ml of 8% Not buffered Formalin + 115 ml of Phosphate Buffered Saline
STEP 1
Unscrew the lid and remove the red ring from the container
STEP 2
Lift off the cap, place the biopsy in the top basket of the container and reposition the cap on top
STEP 3
A: Close by screwing the lid onto the container
B: The lid must be screwed until an audible proof of closure confirms the container is properly sealed
Transport Zero container for analysis according to local procedures for the shipment of diagnostic samples
STEP 4
A: Unscrew the lid
B: Remove the cap from top of the basket using forceps or tweezers and remove the biopsy

For prostate mapping – 12 tissue biopsy cassettes
STEP 1
Unscrew the lid and remove the red ring from the container
STEP 2
Lift off the cap, place the tissue biopsy cassettes (12 maximum) in the top basket of the container and reposition the cap on the top
STEP 3
A: Close by screwing the lid onto the container
B: The lid must be screwed until an audible proof of closure confirms the container is properly sealed
Transport Zero container for analysis according to local procedures for the shipment of diagnostic samples
STEP 4
A: Unscrew the lid
B: Remove the cap from top of the basket using forceps or tweezers and remove the tissue biopsy cassettes
