HOW ZERO 60 A WORKS
Instructions for use
zero 60a
60 ml container with 10 ml of 8% Not Buffered Formalin + 10 ml of Phosphate Buffered Saline
STEP 1
Unscrew the lid and remove the RED RING from the container
STEP 2
Place a single biopsy or multiple biopsies in the upper basket of the container.
Rinse the biopsy forceps in phosphate buffered saline, banging gently against the detachment pin
STEP 3
A: Close by screwing the lid onto the container
B: The lid must be screwed until an audible proof of closure confirms the container is properly sealed
Transport Zero container for analysis according to local procedures for the shipment of diagnostic samples
STEP 4
A: Unscrew the lid by breaking the security seal
B: Remove the cap on the basket using forceps or tweezers and remove the biopsy
zero 60b
60 ml container with 20 ml of 4% Neutral Buffered Formalin
STEP 1
Unscrew the lid and remove the YELLOW RING from the container
STEP 2
Place a single biopsy or multiple biopsies in the upper basket of the container.
Bang gently the biopsy forceps against the detachment pin
STEP 3
A: Close by screwing the lid onto the container
B: The lid must be screwed until an audible proof of closure confirms the container is properly sealed
Transport Zero container for analysis according to local procedures for the shipment of diagnostic samples
STEP 4
A: Unscrew the lid by breaking the security seal
B: Remove the cap on the basket using forceps or tweezers and remove the biopsy
